Anybody knows if thomas cook is a serious operation and how professionally they act and how their support is ?

Have you never heard of thomas cook ?

They are big and are running an operation with complete holidays, flights, hotels, cruises and even got their own Thomas Cook credit cards.

Thomas Cook are wonderful. I have used them both for holiday bookings, and for currency exchange before and after a holiday. Personally I have had nothing but wonderful service from them.
