    I have a big problem. i work in a office and i spent most of my time there.
    I have to sit all day in office.
    tell me some exercise for become flat abdomen.
    doctors are also suggest me better method as I need it badly.

    it was my best vacations in niagara falls tours from toronto with my friends.

    You can start your exercising habit at morning time, you should start with easy one. do crunches, side crunches, reverse crunches, abdominal hold, and skipping.
