One effective strategy is to put on gloves and socks after applying moisturizer to your hands and feet.

    The facial peel is a powerful ally on the quest for smoother skin. Peels work because they contain an acid that dissolves away the surface damage on your skin. Mix your ingredients and slather it on your face, leaving it on for 10 to 20 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.
