The Montaņita Spanish School team is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing person who is interested in working as part of our management team. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience Ecuador and its extensive Coastline, to learn Spanish, meet great people from all over the world and experience the true friendliness and hospitality of local Ecuadorians.
Your tasks will be varied but will include general administrative tasks, organizing the weekly activities, writing newsletters, providing assistance to students, socializing with them during a night out and joining them while they are having the time of their life.
For your hard work you will receive Spanish language classes at our school, accommodation at our Cabaņas and some pocket money to enjoy yourself on your time off. We require that all applicants are willing to stay and work with us for a minimum period of 3 months, have good oral and written English communication skills, love working with people and are up to the challenge of living in a Spanish speaking country. Basic Spanish language knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
