Big Sur on California Highway 1 is a great sight as well. Drive along the coast and catch surfers, big waves, huge cliffs, great views for great photo opportunities.

I agree with anything regarding Hawaii. Snorkeling in Molokini--amazing.

I love travel & adventure,always want to explore more. I think USA is such a large country that it is impossible to pick one "best" place......However, Hawaii's Na Pali Coast doest pop into my head, went there with family last year, such a beautiful place. People so friendly and sceneries there like Impressionist paintings. Maybe it is the best place to retire.

Have been to Texas, Arizona, Philadelphia, New York and Tri state area. Think NYC tops it for me!

From the above list it is very diificult to choose the best place..........However, Jenny Lake in Grand Teton National Park is one of the beautiful scenic trail in USA. It is also known for a wide range of outdoor recreational opportunities, including skiing, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, caving, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and hunting.There are also very great accommodations services in this park.

Hawaii baby!

I agree with Hawaii to be one of the best places to visit when in USA. We will be going there this September and I've been looking around for some packages and other popular hawaii tours, the affordable the better. I'm with my husband and two teenagers. I'm so excited for the tour I wish the days would go faster!

I perfer Grand Canyon

Dont forget Utah and Breckenbridge - they are absolutely great especially for adventurous breaks. South Carolina is the place to head for nature as is North Carolina. The Blue Ridge Parkway that connects the Great Smoky Mountains in North Carolina with the Shenandoah National Park in Virginia merits a special mention.

Orlando and Kissimmee have become more touristy.
