Holidays Planning for US Florida in February 2014

1).Is this the best time to Visit the US beaches and cities in terms of weather, off/peak season !!
2). Which coast or beach would the most suitable for this time keeping in mind that we would not want too hot or too cold, so a stable weather to enjoy the at the beach with some water sports please !!
3). n what budget shall we be hoping to end up for a week in any of the beaches at a nice resort or villa !!!

In Feb the only place in the US with guaranteed swimming weather in Hawaii.
Some places in southern FL may have water warm enough - but there is no guarantee.

USA offers a lot alluring and captivating destination to have fun for visitors. It's incredible beauty grab attentions of visitors from entire world. jack567, I agree with you USA is really a great region to have fun and travel around it. I personally love this region to have fun and these days thinking to have fun with yosemite tours to see the lovely views of this park and have fun there. Although I spend great time there before in this park but agian I want to be there and see the beauties of this park once mroe and have ultimate fun with my travel mates.
