I need adviced from well experienced skiers! I'm a beginner,which country is the best to start it. Accomodation,traffic from airports,prices etc.

Since this would be your first time, I would suggest that you head to the country nearest your home. This will save you a lot in terms of expenses and will let you gain plenty of experience.
