Need advice on stay in europe

I am planing for a month trip to europe but I have no contacts and not enough money for two months stay in London. I will be in London on a working Holidaymaker visa. And, I need some help with a couple of things:
1. Know of any clean and safe hostels to stay?
2. How much will the living expense be for a week/month (will be frugal with my money)?
3. Know of some good places to stay at Ireland? And, good places to visit. Preferably, national park kinda place. (Am not much into partying)
4. I will be backpacking for the first time. So, any suggestions are welcome.

I think getting some ideas from travel websites will do better for you. I have also taken my all answers as well travel ticket from a traveling website.

You can try hotel Coronado in Barcelona. The best spot to stay in Europe, it provides wonderful deals to travellers. The location of the hotel is very unique, in the commercial centre. I really like this hotel.

You can get lots of good hotels in net. Where you can see the prices also so go over net and search it will be good for you.
