Hue is famous for chè (sweet soup) with 36 kinds including both royal and popular. Each type has it special own taste. Hue people are skillful, refined so many delicious, nutrient chè was made by them.
We can list some meticulous, delicate Che cung dinh (royal sweet soup)such as: Che hat sen (lotus seed), che nhan boc hat sen (longan wrapped lotus seed), che bot loc boc thit quay (grilled pork wrapped in cassava flour), che mon sap vang (made from a variety of taro)…
