Frankly speaking I am not sure Kherson guests need cheap apartments.
Let people decide what do they need.

Nikolaev Kherson Odessa
Nikolaev Odessa and Kherson are located very close to each other. And usually tourists travel to this towns during their visit to Ukraine. Odessa is most developed and expensive city, kherson apartments are the cheapest. In Nikolaev prices middle between Odessa and Kherson
