    Every one wants smooth skin on their body. You can make your skin very smooth and glowing by using skin care products from market. There are two types of products are available first is chemical products which may harms your skin. And other is herbal supplements that is not harmful to your skin.

    There are some tips for making our skin better.
    Start eating vegetables and fruits more and more.
    Start use sun screen lotion on skin and makes your skin healthy and fairy.
    Avoid much oily foods and more cholesterol foods.

    1. Mash a banana with milk and apply on face and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water to get a skin that will glow.
    2. Apply honey on your face and neck for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water. Your skin will glow and become soft and smooth.
    3. Mix some honey with tomato juice to get a thick paste. Apply this mixture on your face and wash after 15 minutes to get a beautiful smooth skin.
    4. Mix egg white with honey and apply on the face for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.

You can drink more water in a day. You use moisturize of fruits and milk is very healthy for your skin. Mixing milk with papaya, orange and cucumber. It makes very healthy your skin. You can also take herbal supplements for your skin and also there are many Ayurveda medicines are available so, you can use that and makes your skin healthy, glowing and fairy.

    Try to eat fish at least four times a week and maybe eat more if you can. Fruits and vegetables,

    For smoother skin you should periodically scrub and massage your face and body. Also clean your face with an effective cleanser at the end of the day.
