    Hello to all

    1. Choose an activity for which you would normally pay someone to do and do it yourself.
    2. You can also add more activity at work.
    3.Make time to eat
    4.Donít skip meals
    5.Donít skip meals
    6.Include more salads in your meals
    7.Plan your workout times and stick with them.

    If you had good intentions all season to make the effort to get into shape but just didnít get around to it then you may like to take note of the following simple steps to help you reduce some of that extra body fat that you hoped you would have already lost by now.

    Activate your Lifestyle!

    1. Choose an activity for which you would normally pay someone to do and do it yourself. Such as:

    a. Washing the Car
    b. Mowing the Lawn
    c. Walking your dog
    d. Gardening

    2. Make a conscious effort to add more exercise to activities that you thought might not be applicable:

    a. Park further away from the shops so you can walk that bit extra.

    b. When walking in general throw a bit of effort into your strides.

    c. If you absolutely canít stand cleaning the house, (a never ending chore) put on some of your favorite music (songs that makes you feel like dancing) and try and create an atmosphere that makes you feel more positive. You may find that not only does the house get cleaned faster but you also tend to put more energy into it.

    3. You can also add more activity at work.

    a. Use the stairs instead of using lifts or escalators.

    b. Donít email someone whoís within two offices of you go tell them the information that they require.

    c. Get up off your butt and walk to the rubbish bin rather than just making pot shots and hoping it will land in right place.

    4. Shop with a shopping list! So you donít end up buying junk!

    5. Never shop when youíre hungry!

    6. Get creative! Start brainstorming and as you think of ideas for sensible ďhealthyĒ calorie meals write them down and stick them on the fridge.

    7. Create a PLAN B. If you know that there are times when youíre likely to get side tracked with your eating then have a back up!

    8. Stick with your food portions. Donít go over the amount you know you should have.

    9. Food preparation. Chop veggies, salads or fruit etc and place them in air tight containers in the fridge to save you time.

    10. Always know whatís on the menu. Write down your menus a week ahead of time. So thereís no guessing when dinner time arrives.

    11. At the beginning of the day pull the meat out of the freezer or get the ingredients together for your meals so that you donít have to worry about it later.

    I've heard that by drinking water, you can avoid eating.Therefore, you could avoid eating fatty foods.Overall body fat must be reduced to lose fat in any particular area.Although fat is lost or gained throughout the body.he best exercise is something that will burn a lot of calories such as running, biking, swimming and most team sports.

    Well these tips are really nice and any one can reduce fat if follow it.

    I always prefer walking long it is also good for reducing fat.

    Be Active. Work out. Dont eat junk food.

    And the absolutely most important thing: dont find excuses.

    This is very easy to reduce fat from the body. Eat healthy foods which have lots of vitamins and proteins. Gardening can help you to get relief in stress. Drink green tea three days in a week to cut fat. Cardio is the best exercise to get flat stomach. Drink plenty of water as much as possible.

    Here are give so many and important tips to reduce the fat but I think, Yoga is the best way to reduce the weight.

    Nice tips for losing weight but I think, Your weight is a balancing act, but the equation is simple: If you eat more calories than you burn then you gain weight. If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you lose weight.

    In the view point of 99 % of dieticians,the only efficient way to shed body weight is to decrease calories-in and improve calories-out.Thanks for sharing this information.
