    If your gaining enormous weight continuosly then inspite of skipping your meals you need to change your fooding habits. You should take healthy and periodic diet, skip over oily and junk food. should take lemon tea and avoid excess of sugar and salt in your food.

    1) do work out.
    2)make proper diet plan.
    3)avoid unhyginic food.
    4)include salad in your diet plan.
    5)have water as much as possible.

    I just came here & read the tips that everyone have shared in this thread... I think all these tips gonna be big help for them who are looking to reduce their weight...Daily exercise & regular diet are some great way to maintain your body & reduce maximum weight...

    Main point to reduce fat from the body is "Plan your workout times and stick with them.". Because i have reduce 30Kg while a daily Race in the hill station.
