    You can reduce your weight by many ways. You can use diet plan and starts exercise for lose your fat from the body. You must controls on your foods. The other way is that you can join weight lifting it removes your fat. The benefit of weight lifting is only that it can't lose your weight but lose your fat, It converts your fat in to muscles and your body become very fit, healthy and strong.

    There are many ways to reduce fat from body. But two most useful ways are that one is weight lifting and another is weight lose. In weight lose you lose your weight without making your body strong. Other is weight lifting in that you can lose your fat from body and converts into making muscles.

    1. Weight lose
    2. Weight lifting

    In weight lose method it lose your weight from the body and makes you healthy.
    But, in other way called as weight lifting it remove your fat not weight. Like, it remove your stomach fat, lower back fat etc. types of fats from body and store or converts into your muscles of the body. So, Your body become very healthy and strong. You can live life healthy and strong by doing second option. This is somehow costly compare with first option.
