    you must do regular walk for at least half an hour. More you walk more smart you will be.

    There are many tips available which is very useful for weight loss. If you think about weight loss then you should do exercise in every morning. Also you should drink green tea. If you drink daily then your weight is automatically loss.

    There are many ways to reduce fat from body. Running and Swimming is good to reduce fat from body. You should eat more and more green and fresh vegetables and fruits.

    Fat in body is creates many other problems and after that we pay much for it. For reducing fat from our body

    You must start doing exercises and yoga.
    Drinks 8 to 10 glass water.
    Must avoid junk foods and fast foods.
    Must avoid much oily or much spicy food.
    Take best diet plan under supervision of authentic doctor.

    To me, getting into shape basically needs willingness and perseverance in order to achieve it in just a short period of time. I'm sure you've read a lot of advises and different instructions via internet but seriously, without these two factors, t'll be hard for you to get the desired result.
