prevention is better than cure
Traveling always brings hazards, food safety and proper hygiene. food safe to eat or will it make me ill?
frequent cause, by far, is poor hygiene food and impure water. Always prepare yourself for all possibilities for prevention is better than cure.
Avoiding is the key places while traveling.Stay away from eating raw or undercooked meat, and be extra cautious of seafood. Beware of poorly cooked sauces and unpasteurized dairy products. Wash fresh fruit, even if served at a restaurant or hotel. as they sometimes re bottle tap water to pass it off as genuine. Alcoholic beverages, carbonated soft drinks, and properly boiled teas and coffees should be safe as well. If you fell slightest doubt for the food, go somewhere else without any shy feel.
Most hotels have appropriate filtering water systems in place. If that is not you may have to resort to using bottled water only, even for brushing your teeth.
Finally, a word on medications. always take medicine while u traveling, when u traveling cold, headache, vomiting, stomach pain all near with u.
Stomach cramps and nausea can make a memorable vacation into a nightmare, so follow this advice to stay healthy and happy on your journeys.

Medicines are really important when traveling specially if one is going out to a place where there may be no hospital or clinic like the forest or the mountains.
Whenever I will travel to a new city or country, I always take some medicine for headaches, for fever and flu, for tummy aches and for food allergies. luckily I don't have any medications yet for any maintenance. then for adventurous trips like camping, always carry a first aid kit..

t's better to take care that a problem does not happen than to have to solve the problem afterwards. It's easier to stop something bad from happening in the first place than to fix the damage after it has happened.

It is really awful to be sick, especially when you are on vacation... That is why you should always have some necessary medicine with you
