It has Indeed. For those who haven't tried it yet, you better now. But in case you have a difficult time knowing where and how to find it, a therapist can greatly help. They advise you good stuffs. However, you really won't be totally cured if you don't even have the willingness to do so. For me, that's' the most important and most basic everyone suffering from such disorder should have.

I think one of the best solutions is to visit an expert or a counselor and ask some counseling to combat anxiety.

Anxiety disorders are generally very treatable, but when you experience one, you probably find it hard to overcome. The reason is that, while you have the ability to recover, anxiety literally Tricks you into using methods which make your fears worse rather than better.

This is the most natural thing in the world. Anxiety often feels like something that has invaded your life, something you have to resist and oppose. However, the worst problems come from our efforts to resist and remove anxiety, rather than from the anxiety itself.

    Create a ‘worry slot’
    Learn to relax
    Get active
    Talk it over
    Write it down
    Think positive

If your circumstances are such that you are practically unable to manage them (even if you were not stressed), then those circumstances need to be changed. This might be a tough decision since your choices might involve loss or sacrifice in order to gain your peace of mind, but here it is a question of priorities. Personally I always put my peace of mind at the very top of every list of priorities. Money is no good to us if we're too anxious to enjoy spending it. So working a stressful 70 hour week so you can buy that Audi is a poor trade off if you're too ill to enjoy it! In most peoples lives the choices may be more practical, and it is true that many people face extremely difficult practical situations, but the advice here is to put your mental and emotional health FIRST, and then to seek practical solutions to the situation.

The most important step for you in order to stop having panic attacks is to make firm decision to end your suffering today. Our top recommendation for you… is to be proactive in getting rid of these anxiety attacks forever. There is PLENTY to fight and eliminate anxiety.

    1) Change your circumstances.
    2) Change the way you view/feel about yourself and/or your circumstances.
    3) What we truly cannot change we must accept.

These are some of steps for ANXIETY.
