meager budget

We're heading to Paris at the end of October with our two kids. Any suggestions on budget, family-friendly accomodation in this very expensive city? We don't want to blow our meager budget!

Im here, but i cant help you out as i dont know much about france and paris. Try do some searches on google after accommodations and such. Somebody else from the board maybe have some more insight about this matter.
