I haven't heard about these foods, but I saw photos of Peking roast duck, hot pot, Imperial Court Food, Noodle with Bean Sauce om echinacities.com and they seem to be delicious! Wish I'll have the opportuity to have them one day!

hello,
where i think so if you want to travel china you must visit the different places and update your memory ...whereas chine's food is available every where in the world.
you can enjoy their food at your own country

The above mentioned food are very usual in Chinese. We eat them almost every day. it is a way to experience the Chinese life to taste them if you travel to China.
