I and my family went and walked the great wall of china, of course we didn't walk the whole thing, it would have taken months to do so. But we tried.

I have never been to china but it sounds "a little" interesting, but it's not on my priority list. I believe there is much to see but im still not that fascinated.

I wonder if you can still see the great wall of china from outer space. I know it's been a while, but I was wondering with global warming and all and the pollution if this is still the case. Please let me know. thanks!

Great Wall, I still remember my teache had told that only tow thing could be seen from moon. One is Mount Everest, and another is Great Wall. I was in Primary school at that time. I too very much interested to see Great Wall.

And it is in my future travel plan list.

Visiting the Great Wall of China is something that I haven't really thought about before. It would be really great to see something that is such a big part of world history, though.

there are several tourist spots for Great Wall...from the east of China to the west, for more than 6,000km...

the nearest spot is Badaling, 60km to the north of BeiJing...it's the nearest spot, therefore this place is crowd by tourists...IMO, better to experience the Simatai spot or Shanhaiguan spot...

if you like to sweat, try Simatai (wear T shirt, sport shoes and short pants recommended...)
if you like to see the beauty of the end of Great Wall in east area, try Shanhaiguan...

    you won't regret...
