what are necessary things to take with us while travel out side the country ,
any suggestion ?

Passport and visa seems most important.

It's always important to take care of your health, but there are additional concerns to keep in mind when you're traveling.

Camera, change of clothing, clothes appropriate to the country and climate you are visiting, and any equipment you may need if you are doing trekking/hiking/surfing/etc, unless you can do better to hire it at your destination. For example, it´s cheaper and easier to hire a wet suit in South Africa than it is to carry one with you everywhere you visit.

Do not forget common sense, thats most obvious and somewhat frequently forgotten.

It is necessary to take Passport and visa first. Then Necessary clothes, Camera to capture new place.

If u have iphone u could use gps talking guide from appstore instead of maps or guides. Very handy.
