hi in case you are visiting Goa then go to romancebeachhuts.com located in Agonda beach south Goa.
Ive been there.
They have love sea facing cottages at Agonda beach.

Book on arrival as long as its not a festival time you will find most hotels are pretty empty. Also you can work a deal with the owners as some of them work a 10% for booking over 10 days etc.
