Trans-siberian is the name of a railway stretch. There are trains marked like "3ТЭ10У". Those are budget and not very comfortable but still romantic. There is also a train? that is called "Golden eagle" and it is either comfortable or expensive. One travel from Mosсow to Vladivostok is about $16000. If you travel on one of comfortable trains you can visit with excursion such cities as Yaroslavl, Ekaterinbourg, Krasnoyarsk. Of course? everything is included.
