Hi there guys - what's your favorite method of traveling across country? I mean, when you visit a new country and want to get a close-up impression of it, what method do you use to travel across it. Do you like to drive, or to travel by bus or train? Or perhaps you prefer my favorite method, hitch-hiking in trucks. I've traveled across much of Asia this way, and it's a cheap way to travel, besides the advantage of being able to get off just about anywhere to explore. I sometimes traveled up to eighty miles for the equivalent of a dollar.
