i often wonder if there are countries around the world which share the same or identical traditions, customs, or practices as ours, here in the Philippines.. or some unique ones which a certain country practices..

what could they be? here are a few:

filipinos love to have and eat roasted pig in every table in every fiesta in every town..

we express our respect to elders by taking their right (or left) hand and place it in our foreheads..

filipinos love to have "pulutan" (any viable food) when drinking..

we love to sing in karaoke bars..

we like to laugh a lot.. even with strangers we just met and make friends with..

we practice the "bayanihan" character.. where people, strangers and friends alike help and support in time of emergencies and great need..

these are just a few of them.. there are lots more, i think i'll just update on this one when i get to list all of them
