Goa plans to develop Khind area as tourist destination

The Morjim Khind area in Goa will be developed as a tourist spot and the government plans to set up boating facilities there, as per a TOI report. During a recent visit to Morjim, Laxmikant Parsekar, local MLA and Panchayat Minister said that the 'Khind' area has vast tourism potential to develop Backwater Tourism as well as boating facilities. “The government plans to develop 'Morjim Khind' as a tourist spot and promote tourism facilities in Morjim," Parsekar said.
