    Pacific Ocean lies on one side of Costa Rica and the Atlantic Ocean is its neighbor on another---no wonder, Costa Rica with its amazingly diverse eco-system is becoming a hotspot for real estate investment.

    Property prices are beyond the reach of average citizens in some parts of Europe and popular exotic vacation destination like Hawaii in U S.

    However, in Costa Rica, despite the real estate boom, properties are sill affordable
