When travelling, are you adventurous with the foods that you eat? Or do you choose the items that are closest to dishes that you already know?

I personally love to try new dishes and holidays are about the best way to experiment.

I think that is the point of vacationing. You are suppose to experience things that you have never experienced before. I don't try anything that I normally do at home when on vacation.

It depends! I won't be risky with my experiments, but I will try new things when I'm on vacation. It's nice to eat a type of food at home and then eat that same food in another country, just to see how different they are.
