Default Dishes from different countries, my favorites

Im from germany and of course love german dishes, curry wurst, bratwurst, and sauerkraut.

But Im also very fond of swedish dishes like the meatballs.

Hungarian gulash is also very tasty on an especially cold day, just to get warmed up.

I am from the UK, but living in America. I miss my home dishes, and so I tend to cook a lot of Indian curries, and traditional British breads, stews with dumplings, sausages and so on.

I eat a lot of Americanized Mexican food, but haven't really experienced food in other places. I have eaten some "real" Italian food at this little restaurant next to my house. It's owned by an Italian woman who just moved here 10 years ago and cooks the best pasta and garlic bread.

I have just replied in similar topic that my favorite dish are cevapcici.
It is Bosnian national dish. consisting of small rolled patties of mixed ground meats that are heavily seasoned and grilled.
