    Default Avoiding Cruise-Sickness

Cruise sickness mainly includes effects on our body like nausea, stomach cramps and vomiting, these effects are not fatal but they can certainly put a damper on your cruise fun. Scientist has proved that most of the times it is due to the seasickness, not because of particular cruise-sickness

Well its better to be prevent than rush for the treatment.
-recommended remedies is Transderm Scop, a scopolamine patch applied behind the ear at least eight hours before exposure and it will be effective for upto the next three days.
    - Spend much time on deck raher than in cabin and try to enjoy activities on deck rather than strongly thinking about seasickness.
-Choose right cabin for the fresh air.
