I go to Houston often. I stay in different hotels everytime. My work requires me to move around a lot in Houston, so I am on the look out for a hotel with reasonable rates which is centrally located and well connected so that my commuting time is reduced. It's too late for Texas Stadium. They auctioned off the seats, the lockers, and most everything else in the place. I haven't heard any dates for touring the new stadium, but since they'll be playing there in the fall it will be ready to go by August so you certainly probably could.

Days Inn I-10 West is 3 stars rated and I really enjoyed staying there. I booked it for less than 35$ a night (in Easy Click Travel web site). My room had High Speed Internet Access. Try as well Ramada Limited.
