I have two questions to ask you and they are both on behalf of my 55-year-old mother, who will be retiring next year. She lives in California and is thinking about taking a Exotic Western Caribbean cruise on one of the cruise lines. I'm curious to find out when is the best time (in terms of the weather) to take a vacation in the Western Caribbean? And do you recommend a first time visitor take a ship cruise (say Carnival or Princess) or stay in a hotel? Thanks so much!
